For The Richmond, Far + Dang designed six townhomes that respect the scale and character of Lowest Greenville while introducing a material palette and spatial quality that sets a new standard for the area.
The result is a home that feels good to live in — comfortable, well-built, and right at home in the neighborhood.

Material Honesty
Natural materials used as they are — brick, wood, steel, glass. No veneers, no imitations. What you see is what it is.
Light as Form
Every window placed with intention. Morning light in the kitchen. Afternoon warmth in the living room. The sun is part of the floor plan.
